Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday, are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after that cut-off go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays.

Every box is packed against its printed checklist and inspected at intake before it is sealed.

Dated rites ship early

If your order is for a griha pravesh, a wedding, a shraddha or a festival with a fixed tithi, tell us the date at checkout. We ship it to arrive ahead of that date with margin.

A kit that lands on the morning of the muhurat has already failed, so we would rather send it a week early than a day late. For a dated rite, order at least ten days ahead.

Delivery times

Prayagraj and nearby districts: one to two working days. Rest of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR: two to four working days. Rest of India: four to seven working days. North-east, Jammu and Kashmir, and island territories can take longer.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Festival season slows every carrier in India, which is the reason for the ten-day rule above.

Charges

Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies anywhere in India.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp when your parcel leaves us. If it has not moved for 48 hours, message us on +91 80907 07290 and we will chase the carrier.
