Track your order

Track your order

Every parcel gets a tracking number on WhatsApp the moment it leaves our packing house. Here is what to do with it.

Last updated 9 August 2026

Where your tracking number is

We send it on WhatsApp to the number you ordered from, as soon as the box is sealed and handed to the courier. If you ordered by email, it goes to that address instead.

There is no login on this site and no account to create. We deliberately do not hold one — an order is a conversation, not a portal.

If you cannot find the message

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80907 07290 with the name or phone number the order was placed under and we will resend it. You do not need an order number; we can find it from either.

If the parcel has not moved for 48 hours

Tell us. Tracking pages sometimes stall while a parcel is genuinely in transit, but 48 hours of no scan usually means it is sitting at a hub. We chase the carrier rather than asking you to.

Festival season is when this happens most, which is why we ask for ten days' notice on dated rites.

If your rite is close

Tell us the date when you order and we schedule dispatch backwards from it. If something has gone wrong and the parcel will not make your muhurat, message us — depending on where you are we may be able to send a replacement by a faster service, and if it arrives after the rite you can return it unopened for a full refund including delivery.

The tracking number is sent on WhatsApp when your parcel is dispatched. If you cannot find it, message +91 80907 07290 with the name or phone number on the order and we will resend it.
