What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, pincode and phone number. That is the minimum required to pack a box and put it on a courier.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold that conversation so we can answer follow-up questions about the same order.
The cart on this site is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device until you choose to send the order to us.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your caste, gotra, or the nature of the rite except where you volunteer it so we can recommend the right kit. Where you do tell us — for a shraddha, for instance — it is used to pick the kit and to make sure the box carries no promotional insert. It is not used for advertising.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to hold them. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months.
Who else sees it
Your name, address and phone are shared with the courier carrying your parcel, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. They are not shared with anyone else.
Orders placed over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, which we do not control.
