Question 1

What is actually inside a puja kit?

Accepted Answer

The dry samagri a rite consumes, counted against a printed checklist, plus a step-by-step vidhi card in Hindi with English beneath. Every kit page lists its exact contents and its item count — the Griha Pravesh kit is 34 items because the vidhi asks for 34.

Question 2

What do I have to arrange myself?

Accepted Answer

Anything fresh: flowers, fruit, milk, curd, and a coconut where the rite calls for one. These are listed on their own panel of every kit page and every vidhi card, so you know before you order.

Question 3

How do I know which kit I need?

Accepted Answer

Use the kit finder — three questions and it recommends one. Or send the occasion and the date on WhatsApp and we will tell you which kit fits and what to keep ready at home.

Question 4

When should I order for a dated rite?

Accepted Answer

At least ten days before the muhurat or tithi. Dated rites are shipped to arrive early, never on the day. Same-day dispatch applies to orders before 2 pm, but margin matters more than speed.

Question 5

Do the festival dates on your site apply to my city?

Accepted Answer

Treat them as indicative. Festival dates follow the tithi and are calculated for a location, so two panchangs can differ by a day. Always confirm against a panchang for your own city.

Question 6

Is the Sangam jal really from Prayagraj?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is drawn, sealed and dated at the Sangam, and it is only included in the kits where the rite calls for it — never added to a kit as a selling point.

Question 7

Who verifies the vidhi cards?

Accepted Answer

Every card is drafted, corrected by a practising purohit, then checked by a second from a different tradition. The verifying pandit is named on the card. Where your family's practice differs, follow your own tradition.

Question 8

Do you promise results?

Accepted Answer

No. We describe the tradition as it is practised. Nothing on a Sankalp card or page claims a kit will produce wealth, a child, a marriage or protection.

Question 9

Can I order without using this website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message +91 80907 07290 with the occasion and date and we will take it from there. Most of our orders are placed that way.

Question 10

Do you deliver outside India?

Accepted Answer

Not at present. We ship anywhere in India from Prayagraj.
